For centuries, Jesus was studied and understood more as Roman or Greek than as a Jew. An exciting understanding in Christian theology has been the re-introduction of the understanding of Jesus rightly as a Jew, in a Jewish culture in the first century. You will be amazed at how scripture comes to life with this new lens!
Chris Legg, LPC is the Lead Pastor of South Spring Baptist Church in Tyler, TX. He is also the owner and team leader at Alethia Family Counseling (which offers counseling, speaking and business consulting). Chris and his lovely wife Ginger have been honeymooning since 1993 and have been blessed with five great kids. He has published dozens of articles on various topics on his website and a Discipleship program for men - especially fathers, called “The Gauntlet”. Chris is a friend and supporter of our mission at The Chapel. He is a wonderful speaker with a style that grabs your attention and holds it.
